| Air Balance Inc. access doors are of all steel
construction and coated with a modified epoxy primer. The coating is then baked, which
activates the epoxy catalyst. This process provides a tough, corrosive resistant primed
door. Air Balance Inc. access doors provide easy
and convenient access to mechanical equipment when installed at key points in the ceiling
and walls. The wide variety of standard sizes allows for many uses and applications.
Screwdriver operated, flush locks are standard on most
doors. Flat key locks are optionally available. One cylinder lock with two keys is
furnished for each door as standard.

4 finish stainless steel.

rust inhibitive primer.
