ABI Stationary And Adjustable Louvers
Air Balance's Engineering Department operates a comprehensive research and development program that directs the design of new products and improves existing products through re-engineering.
Now, as a result of this on-going program, the performance and appearance of our complete line of extruded aluminum louvers has been significantly improved. For instance, our Model A635 louver has been the industry's performance leader for many years.
Through design improvements, air flow through the louvers has been increased by 25%, from 935 fpm to 1,250 fpm.

Formed Stationary Drainable And Non-Drainable
Louvers of mirror-finish stainless steel or other alloys provide excellent design opportunities. In addition, our formed stationary louvers are available in a variety of custom shapes, blade angles, sizes and finishes. Standard construction is 16 Ga. galvanized steel. Heavier gauges, galvannealed, cold rolled steel, or other materials are available to meet various applications and environments. Galvanized steel construction is recommended for applications requiring both economy and performance.
